6. Atkins Snack Bars - watch the sugar alcohols... get one with few net carbs
7. Low fat cheese
8. 1/4 cup berries
9. Cottage Cheese (I hate it )
10. Plain Low-fat Yogurt
11. CarbMaster Yogurt
